BLACK WOOD takes the Organizational Development and Change Management approach to institutional capacity building. The long-term OD and Change Management process is very much customized to the need of a particular organization. The process begins with the organizational capacity assessment followed by OD planning. BLACK WOOD accompanies the organization in the implementation of the OD plan and provides follow-up and mentoring support during and after the intervention.
